Great gym and great staff but hours are strange. They close at 6 on fridays. I would prefer 7 or 8 to close on fridays. The rest of hours arent nearly as wonky but still wish they were open more.

The BEST place to go if you’re considering swim lessons for your child! Miss Leslie is extremely patient, kind and most of all provides children with the fundamentals of swimming in a safe environment.It’s been amazing to watch our son build on his skills week after week!Thank you ?

The Sampson Family YMCA includes both an indoor and outdoor lap and recreation pools, unlimited group exercise classes, cycling studio, personal training and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
