They go over & above to make sure everything is perfect before & after you leave. The shop follows up with the customers a couple days after service, thought that was very nice of them to do that. “I was driving home from an errand when I hit my brakes and they suddenly went soft and spongy. It was 4 pm on a Saturday, so I pulled over and hit Google, which led me to Ed's just a couple miles up the road. Not only did he diagnosis the problem immediately (master cylinder), he even drove me the rest of the way home since the needed part would take a few days to get shipped in and my car felt too sketchy to drive without having full confidence in the brakes. THAT'S 4 PM ON A SATURDAY. Amazing. I got a call by noon the same day that the part arrived letting me know that my car was being taken for a safety test drive and would be ready to pick-up after. Brakes are back to feeling safe again. Caring, quality service delivered quickly and at a fair price. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thanks!”

“This was my first visit due to a referral of my BFF. I arrived early but they took me right in. Since it's my only means of transportation I sat n read a book. They were quick to tell me the cabin noise was from badly worn tires. They did the oil change and inspection and put 2 new tires on the front. I was surprised at the total bill as it was less than I expected. I decided to also replace the rear tires as well as I still had road noise in the cabin. They ordered the tires and installed them in no time. I'm very pleased with the work, the explanation of what was needed and the cost. I will be back hopefully the owner when he sells will insure the new owner has the same high standards.”

They told me my car is in excellent shape for its age and even changed a bent bolt for a new one! Made me feel secure in my recent purchase! I’ve serviced other vehicles here before as well; they have been good to me! Good people!”
“I had Euro Motors look over a Mini Cooper S I had just purchased. They ran several diagnostics, found a few fault codes, mismatched tires, made recommendations, replaced my battery and programmed to vehicle. Dave and Teddy were extremely knowledgeable, honest and friendly.”
“Additional Review on 9/7/2024:
Jack Williams in Palmyra did it again! I stopped their today telling them that I had an inspection coming up in a few days and that my TPMS light was on. I'd explained that I'd just replaced all my tires with much better tires from the same model car that I'd had off the road for a year or so. I asked them if they could do something to reset the TPMS light. The gentleman at the desk went into the garage to speak with one of his experts, came back out, and told me that they may be able to fix this right now. Within 20 minutes, it was fixed - no more TPMS light. Wow, very impressive and prompt service once again from this local Jack Williams shop - and, they didn't even charge me. They didn't even know if I was a customer - they'd never asked. Still, yep, they did it for free. Just love these guys!
Review back in 2021: They got my tires changed the same day that I'd called them. They ordered the tires I wanted, since they didn't have them on stock, but they had these tires on hand within a few hours and installed them. Great experience!”

“Incredibly honest shop, I was told by the dealership that my car needed front pads and rotors because they were measuring at 4/32. They wanted to charge me a whopping $900 for the service. I got a referral to Creekside from my neighbor and their price was significantly better and they were very friendly. What makes the situation even better was when they looked at the car, they told me that my brakes were actually at 12/32 and I do not need any type of brake repair. I offered to pay them for their time and they wouldn't even take my money.
