Ordered door handles for my kitchen. Unless EACH INDIVIDUAL handle is in its ORIGINAL packaging, they will not accept returns. Oh, and IF the contractors remembered to keep the original packaging, there is still a 25% restocking fee!It’s a scam to make money out of you.

Very helpful and knowledgeable employees. One called the supplier while I was at the counter to get information about a part I needed. A wonderful breath of fresh air compared with non-existent service at the big box stores.
