“I am a small business owner as well and we are constantly in meetings throughout the day. What is one of the many reasons Mumma’s gets 5 stars? DELIVERY TIME WINDOW!!! We we told 1 to 1:30 and they arrived at 1:15. Our appliance was installed and we were back to work quickly. So much better than “sometime in the morning or afternoon.” I have had one of those “afternoon appointments” that arrive at 7pm!?!?. Thank you Grace, John, Kevin and the rest of the crew for making our purchase simple, quick and with ❤️.”

“I just had a dishwasher install finished and I'm more than happy with both the product and the install process. The gentleman who came to install my unit was on time, efficient and gave me a step by step on how the dishwasher worked. He graciously answered all of my questions and didn't seem too busy to explain how it all worked. He even took the time to review how to clean out the filter with me. There was no mess left behind at all. Communication before install was great and scheduling was easy.”

“This Home Depot had very good service as my niece and I shopped for items to repair and decorate her home. However, when we reached the checkout lanes not a single maned check out lane was open and we HAD to use the self - check out. The gentleman overseeing these check out lines was also helpful. I guess this fits their motto - "You can do it, we can help." I miss the personal contact with the check out people!They had one check out lane computer shut down.”

“This is my favorite Home Depot! Listen, I'm a contractor and this store is always helpful. I need something and order it while on the job site. By the time I get to the store, it is almost always pulled already. Everyone has a great attitude so far and I've been coming to this store for over a year. Home Depot's app is by far the best app. All of my receipts show up automatically. Kudos to the management for this store. Great Job! Ps... most complaints I have seen are lumber selected when preordering. I don't pre-order lumber as that is a terrible idea no mater where you go unless there are no worries about cosmetics. “Smaller than the west shore store, this place generally has what you need most of the time. Always a good idea to check online if ever concerned about inventory. Complaints are the lack of really knowledgeable staff and a consistent store layout. This one is different than that most and maybe that's due to the age of the store. I like the new self service checkout stations. Plentiful and pretty quick to make the transaction. I also just picked-up at the online order lockers located at the entrance. I walked right by them at first and had to ask the gentleman manning the online order pick up location where they were. These are separate for online ordering of non-store items. pretty neat! Not feeling generous today, so 4 stars for a 4 star store.”

My girlfriend and I have a Autistic son who just always wants to help and learn. Cody stopped what he was doing and let our son help screw the legs into our new couch. It was the end of a long day for them I'm sure, but he took the time to let our son help , he was so patient and kind.”
