“I brought a very large, very stubborn, 23 pound chonk of a cat in for a bath and shave. They did a wonderful job. I wasn't sure how difficult he would be, but I know he put up a fight. The staff was so nice and the results were excellent! Highly recommended. Next time we'll probably go to the vet and have him sedated, he's a lot. ?”

“The staff is very helpful and has expert advice on dogs' well-being and the products they sell. They have dog and cat samples for the customers. Sometimes, they have free treat samples at the register for your pet. They have a wonderful assortment of dog toys. They carry the Kong brand, which I LOVE!!! ❤️ Their prices on the Kong brand dog toys is the best I have seen so far online or at a store location. They loaded the big heavy bags of dog food in the car for me. Their service has been courteous and friendly every time I visited.”
