“I brought a very large, very stubborn, 23 pound chonk of a cat in for a bath and shave. They did a wonderful job. I wasn't sure how difficult he would be, but I know he put up a fight. The staff was so nice and the results were excellent! Highly recommended. Next time we'll probably go to the vet and have him sedated, he's a lot. ?”

“this review is not for the store as a whole, but for the one employee who i've talked to twice now. i never got his name, but he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful as i just got a ball python. as a first time owner, i had a ton of questions, and probably talked to him for about an hour. he was so nice, showed me everything i needed, gave me the basic info i needed to get started. he really cares about the reptiles there.”
