“Have had the plumbing side of the business out to my house twice in the past 3-4 months, off of the recommendation of a friend. Both times they were very responsive and here within a day.First was a clog in a basement drain in Nov 2023. Explained what he was doing every step of the way and very professional.Second time was Feb 2024 for a failing water heater. I’d called after hours the evening I discovered it, and had a call after they were open the next morning. They were out to my house within an hour of returning my call. Again explained what they were doing as they went along, and when I expressed surprise that they were out so quick, is that they make water heater issues a priority.Highly recommend if you are looking for a good plumber in the A-K Valley.”
“We had the Home Improvement Center replace all of our windows 2 years ago, and they did a great job! This year we had the crew completely redo our 28 year-old deck. This involved removing all of the existing planks, railing, lattice and stairs. Kirby, Mike and Ryan did an excellent job! They really take pride in their work! Colt in the office also did a great job in helping us select the materials, providing quotes and getting everything set up for a flawless job!
