“We had the Home Improvement Center replace all of our windows 2 years ago, and they did a great job! This year we had the crew completely redo our 28 year-old deck. This involved removing all of the existing planks, railing, lattice and stairs. Kirby, Mike and Ryan did an excellent job! They really take pride in their work! Colt in the office also did a great job in helping us select the materials, providing quotes and getting everything set up for a flawless job! I highly recommend the team at the Home Improvement Center!”

“The associates at the Butler store and many others in the Pittsburgh area work their asses off to help solve people's problems period. There are over +250k products in any given store that range in size, weight, height, etc. Keeping them in stock (so you can buy them) is no easy task either. Everyone should work in retail to see how much work goes into running an operation like this. The seasonally alone is impressive, and they have the best brands compared to any of their competitors. This store should be your first stop every time. Nobody is perfect and everybody makes mistakes. #howdoersgetmoredone”

“Tried this store again after a bad experience 2 years ago. Alex, the gentleman working at the register in the greenhouse area is an absolute gem. He is has perfect customer relation skills, is attentive and treated me like a person instead of simply ringing me out and giving a perfunctory thank you. I saw him interact with 2 other customers, and he also gave them individualized attention. If all employees were this dedicated and attentive Lowes wouldn't be able to handle the amount of business.”

“Probably one of the best Lowe's that I've been too in awhile! First off, my husband and I are contractors, so we always do big orders. This Lowe's always seems to have what we NEED in stock, which is nice! If we have to do an online order for materials, it's prepared and ready to go quickly! The staff is very friendly and they always have guys on hand to help load bigger items in your vehicle!”
