“I want to congratulate whoever hires and trains the staff here. I've never experienced better customer service, and, at 70, I've been shopping for decades. I came in with a friend who was coat shopping. While I was there, I figured I'd try to find straight legged spandex pants similar to the Lululemon pants I've been wearing for years but that have been discontinued. Madison immediately understood what I needed and did everything necessary to make that happen for me. And it wasn't easy. She ended up having to order them from another store, after trying to find a pair in the store, and online, and striking out both times. But she kept on it and made it happen. And honestly when she succeeded she seemed just as happy about it as I was. EVERY SINGLE STAFF MEMBER I encountered as I tried clothing on and asked for different colors and sizes was helpful, caring and well-informed. And unlike some clothing stores with a younger vibe, even though I'm a senior, I felt welcomed and appreciated.”

“Love this shop! I moved from Philly to Bryn Mawr and was excited to have a trendy thrift store with parking 3 minutes from my house! The music and atmosphere are great and I find it relaxing to browse around every few weeks and see what’s new. It’s clean, the staff are very friendly and the items span basic $3 bin stuff to higher-end name brand…all priced very fairly.I found a dress for my bridal shower, practically brand new high top Vans sneakers, cozy sweaters for winter, dress pants and a top for a holiday party. I love the benefits of buying used for the environment, the thrill of the hunt, and getting a lot for a little. Hope this place sticks around for years to come!
