“In early April I was up from North Carolina visiting family when I had a power steering issue. I was sure the noises it was making and wheel resistance that I'd, at minimum, need a new pump. Instead of taking the easy money and doing just that, Anthony informed me all I'd need was a flush. The job was done in a few hours and for much less than anticipated. It has driven 100% better since.
Flash forward to this past week (beginning of May) when I am up again visiting and bringing the vehicle back to get the back brakes down. Not only was the job done quickly, even after finding numerous other issues. He had all hands on deck working on it to get it road-ready in less than 24 hours. After letting me know an alignment was also in order, we shook hands and I took the keys. On top of that, he asked me to give him a ring when I got back to NC to make sure the van was still on the up and up.

“Everyone was so great, I used them after a car accident! I had to get a new front bumper, headlight fixture, fender, and they had to paint my door due to chipping (the paint match was perfect and I have peral white with sparkle flakes which isn’t the easiest to find) They had for about 11 days total, was able to fix everything while calling me to give me updates which I appreciated so much and even got it done a day earlier than estimated! I always go here for any repairs I need, it’s really nice to have a good local shop that I trust and doesn’t give you the run around.”

“This location is ok, they are quick, and talkative to certain customers, but I was surprised my alignment was not checked prior to installing $1200 tires. When asked, tech told me the old tires appeared to worn evenly so it wasn't necessary. I have 30 days to go back so they can check it for free - weird technique if you ask me.”

“I had an issue with one of my value stems. I scheduled an appointment online. Larry called me shortly after and asked what the problem was with my tire. I explained the issue and he said to bring it right out and he would take a look at for me. I took my vehicle to Mavis and Larry fixed my valve stem issue. He didn't charge me for the repair. Excellent customer service from Larry. I wouldn't hesitate to use Mavis again in the future.”
