“Jose is great mechanic who really knows how to diagnose vehicle.. I took my 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the stealership for a random for a check engine light and would have no power. They put some parts in it for $1800. After I pick up the car drive down the road light comes back on. So I turned around went back to the dealership. They had my Jeep for almost 2 weeks another $1000. They tell me pick it up all fixed. Next morning lights on. So I said I am done with the dealership since J.R. Garage is right down the road from my house I decided to go there.. He fixed it right the first time. Jose is a great guy shows me the problem.. It only took him a half hour to find the problem a little over an hour to fix and have me on my way. Only charged me $125 he is a great guy to do business with. “I was passing by and saw a car in rough condition in the back of the lot. James was busy with another customer but was able to help me in about 15 minutes. The car would not pass PA inspection without a lot of work but he started it up and was willing to negotiate. We met at a price and I returned the next week to pick it up.I did run my own CarFax report before buying and did a complete look over of the vehicle before negotiating. Knowing the entire condition allowed me to get a fair price. I would recommend this dealer, but as with any car purchase, make sure you are entirely informed and have someone who knows that type of vehicle take a look before you buy.”
