We had high hopes for the new management. Unfortunately they were not met. They lost a USPS package. Jim, the owner, refused to take responsibility.

My local UPS store has the best employees! I am there a few times a month sending things back to Amazon . I am always a hot mess and can't find the codes and they are are always very patient and helpful!

The process of mailing was smooth and easy. The man working directed me to the kiosk, as if he didn't want to wait on anyone.
