“Our customer service experience was exceptional! Ms. Tay & Mr. Delton deserve a promotion. They each get 5 ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩ ✩They helped us expeditiously, as the Westin Hotel front desk referred to use their Fax machine. Upon entering the FedEx, he greeted with a warm island welcome, as if we were on a Jamaican cruise. Ms. Tay was very kind, professional in guiding how to use the printer. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond the call of duty for excellent customer service.Mr. Delton made it a joyful environment for customers with his exuberance.
