“I needed to find somewhere close that has a variety of classes that will challenge me and keep my interest so I keep coming back. I signed up for the 2 week trial and in my first 8 days I’ve done 6 classes. I have enjoyed all of them for different reasons. The instructors have all been great and everyone has been so welcoming. I think my favorite part is almost all the classes are only 45 minutes so it really fits in my schedule better. If you are thinking about trying it out, you definitely should do it. I know when I’m done my 2 weeks Ill be signing up for more.”

“LOVE this place and these people! Morning, daytime, evening and week-end classes are available to accommodate everyone. That was especially important to me, because I like to attend a 90 minute Bikram class, every single day and my schedule is very rocky! I find all of the instructors Chalise, Justin, Alana, Chris, Neil, accomplished, attentive and so approachable. I use modifications, because I have joint replacements and shoulder cuff surgeries.All of the staff are open and friendly .One of the co-ownwers, Andy, has asked the Focus community, to take walks with me, when I could not take classes and was healing. He expressed his warm wishes for me to heal and come back, because I had shoulder surgery. The community engaged, chimed in and have really helped out! Focus is inclusive in every way and members bring their children, as well as their parents. I feel very blessed to have connected with Focus Bryn Mawr!”

I’ve loved every second of being apart of this amazing community. I’ve never felt more comfortable in a group setting, the trainers know just how to push you even when you’re exhausted and about to give up. I always leave feeling accomplished. My only regret is that I didn’t join sooner!”

By not thinking it helps me mentally know I'm game for whatever workout is thrown my way. The coaches always make class energetic and fun the second we start to when we are done. “I go to 4 PF locations in the general area and this one is my favorite. It is always clean and the machines are all newer and most have the digital timers on them which I rely on to time my sets. There are plenty of machines and I rarely need to wait to get on one. Josh and Jordan are usually on staff while I'm there and both these guys are attentive and cordial and keep the place stocked and looking great. An important note - this place is always well cooled in the summer and warm in the winter which I can't say the same for at some of the other locations. I wish the men's locker room was vented a little better, but can't take a star off because of the building.”
“I decided to give OTF a try after reading reviews, but I was still apprehensive. I wanted an environment where I could feel safe to exercise in my own lane (mentally). I was an athlete in my early life and I enjoy workouts that make me feel like I pushed myself, but injuries affect my output now. OTF definitely hit the mark here. I appreciate that the coaches are super supportive of modifications. Coach Ty gives the best queues during the cardio blocks, it helps me know when to push and how much longer remains in the block. I went from not working out at all to taking classes 2-3 times a week. The intensity of the workout is how much you put into it - classes are usually made up of half cardio and half strength. You can show up and have a detailed hour workout designed for you without putting thought into it. The heart rate monitor really helps me keep myself accountable for my output and I love seeing my end of class metrics. There are many class times throughout the day too, as a mom, that's really helpful. I also like the positive messages within the studio - it's not about losing weight, it's about whatever exercise means to you. *I did wish that OTF would provide the class descriptions on their website, that would have been helpful when deciding to give OTF a try at first”

“I have been a member of OTF Ardmore since last August. I needed a way to stay in shape and lose weight consistently, in addition to meeting new people. After my free class, I was hooked! The one hour classes are tough, but the variability in templates each time I come makes class fun and worth it. Even the special days/benchmark workouts are another bonus since I get to see my progress and compete with others in a friendly way. The staff and coaches are very friendly from the moment you first walk into the front desk to the 1:1 coaching feedback I receive during my workouts. I give this studio a 10/10 and would recommend OTF to anyone willing to try!!”

“The orange theory workout is a good one. I really enjoy the numbers and data tracked throughout your workout. The data for the treadmill and rower are available in the app post workout, as well as your heart rate details.
The staff are all super friendly. All of the coaches, who lead the workouts, seem to genuinely want to be there and help you. They all show a true passion for fitness. It is quite refreshing and unexpected for a franchise and makes the experience that much better.”
