The staff (and especially the owner) are incredibly kind and welcoming. Overall its a pleasant atmosphere to get a great workout in! I'd give it more than 5 stars if I could”

“Ok, I rejoined again since the "c" .... I've always loved this gym, my biggest issue is the gym closing at 7pm on Saturday and Sunday. That's just too early, I feel it should be open later than that and already has me looking at other gyms.”

“Great place, great classes, overall great gym. I’ve been a member for a little over a year and I’ve had no problems with the place. They have everything you would want at a gym. The dark room is a great feature to not only have classes but a quiet area to workout.”
