For us women who get anxiety about going to the gym, this place is perfect. Lots of space with minimal clientele. All the equipment you need including TRX. Work on yourself without the anxiety that most gyms bring.

This is the best gym I have ever been to. The staff is excellent, the gyms are so clean and there are many classes offered at various times during the week! I'm hooked and feeling better then ever.
