“My husband picks up alot of prescriptions from this pharmacy, the last several times whilst picking up our medications he has dealt with an employee named Olivia. I don't usually go in with him because I'm disabled, on Saturday I came into the store with him to get meds, Went to window received no greeting..just asked name. Threw medications in bag with couple other things we needed, no separate bag just in same bag. When finished, no thank you, goodbye, have a good day. NOTHING. This employee needs some training in dealing with customers.

She is always willing to help, is pleasant and resourceful. The best pharmacist I have ever encountered. She even helped my boyfriend when he was vasovagal after a flu shot (he is not good with needles).”

“Backstory seems necessary here- getting covid during twin pregnancy absolutely did SOMETHING to my body and I was functioning on Empty. Took me 2 years to find a doctor who would listen and another 6 mos to find a pharmacy where the staff didn't make me feel completely terrible about myself for my healthcare needs every time I called or came in. I'm so glad I found this place. Every staff member is friendly and greets me kindly. No hour + hold time when calling them directly. They actually answer QUICKLY. Prescriptions are filled on time without any games. Main pharmacist is also friendly & personable.... a big comeup from the arrogant few I came across in my experience with cvs . I'm actually not even sure why anyone would go to a big chain pharmacy when there are places like this out there. If you're thinking of making the switch, I'd definitely say do it!”
