I transferred here recently after years with Walgreens and could no longer take the lack of communication between the pharmacist and me. Prior authorizations would never initiated, calls to my physicians when necessary were not fulfilled, and worst of all I never once was counseled on my medications (even my biologics!)!I experienced a 180 degree shift however when I made the transition to this pharmacy and Michael G. welcomed me into his pharmacy. His caring demeanor in addition to filling and explaining how the details of my medications in such an expeditious manner were second to none. Simply put, I will never look back. He is my pharmacist. “I called to see if I could get the Moderna or Pfizer vaccinations over my Android and the woman I spoke with over the telephone told me that I had to have Part D in prescriptions in my Medicare Coverage because I wanted to get my second booster shot being a Marine Corps Veteran and I have already received two Moderna shots and one Pfizer Booster shot so she told me that when I come in they could check for me but unfortunately it wasn't covered in my Medicare coverage so I wasn't able to receive the second Booster shot but they treated me real respectfully there though.”

“This is by far the best Pharmacy I've ever gone to! I had all kinds of problems with my Medicaid insuranse and was told it was only accepted by CVS caremark for my prescriptions. Well I'm without a vehicle and disabled so that was not an option to even go to a CVS location to pick up and closest is in another town. Not only did this Pharmacist call around to get my script transferred immediately she told me to come right over which is 2 blocks from my house and it was ready immediately! More people should use OUR Pharmacy in Burlington City because they accept all insurance, they are super friendly, extremely fast, they are very caring for your needs and they offer FREE home delivery! I'd bet your current pharmacy can't beat that!!”

“On 5/24/2022, I reserved a pick up order. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT THIS ACME AGAIN...or quite possibly any acme EVER! I ordered a decent amount of fruit....3 lbs of strawberries, a bag of avocados, watermelon, and other items that are not a part of this complaint. So, 1 or 2 soft strawberries throughout 3 containers wouldn't be an issue.....but when EVERY SINGLE STRAWBERRY WAS MOLD, all 7 avocados were completely rotten, and my watermelon was completely rotten and mold inside....WE HAVE A PROBLEM! I find it very inconvenient to pull this fruit out to begin preparing it for a party and all of it was MOLD/ROTTEN! This is not the first issue of out of date items at this store. A little over a month ago, I bought a jar a miracle whip. When I went to open the jar, it was expired well over a year. I took the jar back to the store the ignorant woman at customer service told me to go get a new one... NOT A SORRY, NOT EVEN OFFER A REFUND. So I go get another jar, paying attention to the date- EXPIRED! So I bring that as well as a in-date jar back to customer service. Do you think I was thanked for doing someone else's job, NOPE! Handed me the in-date jar with my receipt and sent me on my way. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON THE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING DELI DEPT AND IGNORANCE OF THE INCOMPITENT PEOPLE WORKING IN THERE. While I understand,mistakes happen......the lack of care and concern at this store is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. PS: Spoke to corporate and got a refund for the fruit. But that does not excuse any of this.”
