“I was a random walk-in customer. 2nd time here in 5 years. I bought a battery and had to install it in the parking lot. As I was installing the new battery the gentleman recommended. I had an issue with something. I went inside and asks if they could grind something down for me in the back. The guy said of course. He went back and ran the grinder. Handed me the part back. I asked to buy him lunch and he declined with a smile and said he was glad he could help. This is the number 1 reason I come to Napa anywhere in the United States. They are ALL ran by local car dudes that just want to help and provide great customer service. I highly doubt this would happen at pep boys or Walmart auto center. So thanks fellas.”
