“Dan's Sound Room is a real asset for folks living in the Lehigh Valley who may be looking to add classic audio into their lives. Store is so cool, a trove of greatness, well stocked selection of awesome equipment at good prices. Dan's is *that* place to meditate over audio-related decisions including what amplifier to get, how to re-introduce cassette decks back into one's rig, and more. Listen before you buy? Definitely. I got a wonderful pair of JBL speakers, and a nice Sansui amp from Dan's and I can't wait to go back. Super cool vibes. “T-Mobile has the best customer service, both on the phone and in store. I needed to go to the store while it was snowing and I was trying to port my number from the prepaid department to the postpaid department. I had iPhone 15 which uses only eSIM and had been told by a representative the day before the storm that you still needed a SIM card, though she had been able to do it without one just recently. So the day of the little snow storm, a prepaid representative told it was definitely possible but unfortunately something went wrong during the porting process (because I had no service and needed a PIN that they had to text to my number which had no service…finally I was told that if I went to a T-Mobile store, it would be officially ported to postpaid. I had to wait until the day after the storm and then I was able to get a ride as soon as they opened. The representative was extremely nice and calm, confident about being able to fix the situation and he had my cellular service working perfectly within a couple of minutes. I was so grateful.”

“My dad has been a long time customer with Dan and Jim and needless to say, I understand why as they came through in the clutch. They listened to my issue, told me to bring it in as it was most likely fixable (I was about to throw away my higher end Sony from 4 years ago). Full transparency, they charge a reasonable fee to diagnose the problem (in the realm of $59) and if they can fix the issue, they subtract that from the total. I understand why they do this and think it is a fair practice. They ordered the part and we were off and running a few weeks later (length of time due to it being over Christmas). Fantastic service, knowledgeable, and honest family run business.”
“Came into the mobile on MacArthur rd with a question about my account. A gentleman by the name of Christiab Helped us. He answered our questions so we'll we would up doing an upgrade with him. He went over everything in full detail and transferred everything I thought I was going to loose. He went above and beyond and even gave us his personal number and told us we can reach out to him anytime. No other rep has given us attention like this. Spanish reps are hard to come by especially ones like him. Please if you at the store level are reading this . Let him know thank you . And we will be back again. A+++ Service”

“I came a 40 min. trek as Quakertown is closed. So glad I came here as Sean and Nate took great care of me. I am truly a dinosaur when it comes to technology and Sean was so very patient with me. I had one issue after the other and he tackled them all without making me feel like I was burden or taking too much of his time. Nate was very helpful too, but also had to man the store. Sean and Nate are truly a blessing to your company.”

He helped me transfer to a new phone in no time. Great people! Great service! Old world service in the 21st-century. They should be training other people. It feels like you’re in Bergdorfs or Neimans.???”

“Took my bathroom fan motor here due to a loud ringing noise. The employees were all friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They weren’t sure it would be worth the money to repair when a new fan would be less money, but I decided to take the risk anyway due to the high quality fan. They went way above and beyond, taking the time to straighten out the blades and even paint them! And the noise has stopped in the fan. Also, service was completed in less than 2 days. Outstanding place and will be back here if I ever need motor repair again!!!”

“My first visit to this store , I was looking for wireless home Internet as I had been reading a lot about it. Tony assisted me almost immediately , he was very knowledgeable about the product and easily answered my questions as I was double checking what I had read on the Internet. I was in the store roughly 15 minutes total and left with the item I had gone in for ... all set up and ready to go.I had no problems when I got home and everything was fine.I intend to go back to this location in the near future when I'm ready to switch my phone service.
