“I came in here knowing nothing about vintage stereo equipment and left with a turntable, receiver, and an education thanks to Tom. He was very patient with me, spending over an hour explaining and demoing various equipment. We settled on a beautiful Optonica set that paired perfectly with my vintage Klipsch speakers. When I had a slight issue with the turntable a few weeks later (which ended up being user error), Tom was quick to test everything. This place is a gem!”
“T-Mobile has the best customer service, both on the phone and in store. I needed to go to the store while it was snowing and I was trying to port my number from the prepaid department to the postpaid department. I had iPhone 15 which uses only eSIM and had been told by a representative the day before the storm that you still needed a SIM card, though she had been able to do it without one just recently. So the day of the little snow storm, a prepaid representative told it was definitely possible but unfortunately something went wrong during the porting process (because I had no service and needed a PIN that they had to text to my number which had no service…finally I was told that if I went to a T-Mobile store, it would be officially ported to postpaid. I had to wait until the day after the storm and then I was able to get a ride as soon as they opened. The representative was extremely nice and calm, confident about being able to fix the situation and he had my cellular service working perfectly within a couple of minutes. I was so grateful.”
“Took my bathroom fan motor here due to a loud ringing noise. The employees were all friendly, knowledgeable and honest. They weren’t sure it would be worth the money to repair when a new fan would be less money, but I decided to take the risk anyway due to the high quality fan. They went way above and beyond, taking the time to straighten out the blades and even paint them! And the noise has stopped in the fan. Also, service was completed in less than 2 days. Outstanding place and will be back here if I ever need motor repair again!!!”

“No question about it here, Best buy is truly a great store and it has always been one too. The only thing is this, they need to start bringing back the CDs and more of their dvds in the store. Oh yeah can I forget about the CD players or stereos”
