“Came in because first car had mystery issues, John ran tests and found out the source of the problem. Gave me sound advice so got a replacement vehicle, dealership messed up and sold me a vehicle under the guise that it was operational without covering/solving issues with the master cylinder. John and everybody at the shop were extremely helpful and transparent and helped me wage a case against the dealership with the information and pictures they provided of the issues. I HIGHLY recommend this shop. I’ve never had a better experience with an auto shop.”

“let me take little quick to review here, I called at the office, I told the stuff that I need someone to check my tires because it was seemed a flat. by that time it was 9:30 the soonest appointment they had it was 11:30 I told him I will go with that. when I went there the mechanic guy took a look at my car and tires he fixed for me also he inspected for me all the other tires, however the tire it wasn’t needed to change because I was think I should buy new one and instead of buying new one they fixed mine and guess what I did not paid nothing, and top of that the manager, mechanic and everyone they were so friendly so polite and so kind. If someday I come back again pittston and need service for my car this should be my home. huge appreciation.”
“Had a flat tire. Mavis discovered that the problem was not a leak, but wear and tear in the tire pressure kit. Mavis replaced the kit. They also did it promptly.”

“Bought my current tires at Kost on Jefferson Ave Scranton in 2018. One has been slowly losing air for the last 6 months. Whenever I stop in for help - sometimes after 5pm or around 8am - staff (especially manager Frank) listens, checks my tires, advises me, and fixes them - at no charge.

“First time going here. Brought a car that I just bought 3 weeks prior for inspection. The car was brought in the bay withing 20 minutes of arriving and withing 45 minutes of that it was finished. The Gentlemen there will not hassle you over things your car does not need. I tried to see if he would bite on replacing some parts that I knew I just replaced but he didn't bite. He just gave me my stickers and went on to the next vehicle. If only every shop didnt take advantage of you needing stickers to drive your car legally. 10/10. Great service and Trustworthy.”
“Paul has been in business for many years around 55 years now. He is super down to earth and will be honest with you. He treats me like family. Also sometimes he has a little helper who brought out the new tire and lifted it into my truck bed and went out of his way for me. Go to him for top quality assuring work. He doesn’t manipulate you if your not to knowledgeable about cars !! He’s a great guy overall!!!!”

“As I traveled from Maine to Pennsylvania on Sunday I had unexpected car trouble; at times I did not think I'd make it. We still have to travel from Pennsylvania to Florida, so we needed to have the car looked at. We were able to get it into the local dealership in Wilkes-Barre. Unfortunately they told us we needed a new transmission, which would cost $9000, and it would take at least two weeks to repair it. My brother-in-law checked with a friend of his to find a local mechanic who could give us a second opinion. He recommended Dan Riley, a transmission specialist who owns Reliable Auto Repair in Wyoming, PA. Dan listened to us describe the issues, took apart the applicable areas of the car, did some needed adjustments, and the car is now working fine. Even with the new brakes it needed the bill came to less than $1000. We are very grateful there are still ethical car repair facilities in the world. Thank you Dan. We highly recommend Reliable Auto Repair in Wyoming!”
