Liz is extremely gifted and has a number of tools in her tool kit. She uses many methods to treat me, which works very well for my body and its issues. Liz is thorough in her use of questionnaires. She is safe in this time of COVID and provides a welcoming outdoor space for treatments. Schedule an appointment if you feel the need to just "feel better", have an ache or pain, or just want a massage.

I love practicing yoga with a teacher who is also a physical therapist! I have knee and shoulder issues, so I greatly appreciate Liz's gentle classes that allow me to customize as needed. Liz has a beautiful space for streaming her online classes -- very soothing! Highly recommend.

I tried Yoga once prior to studying with Liz. Having never participated in yoga prior, I had the illusion that Hot Yoga would be okay; NOT. I did finish the class, that was a one time only. I was a little intimidated to try yoga again, but wanted to learn the philosophy & techniques about it. So, I forged ahead to try a class with Liz, due to it being a Balance Yoga class in which balance is wanted I needed.Liz has such a welcoming & sincerity that shines, making me comfortable from the beginning, during & after class. Liz allows you to act @ your pace, but, demonstrating the correct body form & position as a teacher should without making you feel uncomfortable. My body moves more freely, extending joints that were unknown to me prior to Liz. I recommend Liz to all as the Yogi to learn & train with for yoga, but also Physical Therapy. Liz, thank you teaching an OBESE person realize that I also can be a student of yoga & feel Good about myself. Not to forget learning the proper way to meditate, it had helped me greatly in distressing my mind and body.Thanks Liz,barry

After years of back pain and courses of traditional physical therapy with little improvement, I decided to take a different approach. I had the good fortune to be introduced to Liz and her practice. Liz developed a personal yoga program for me that produced positive results. I finally found something that works! I couldn't be happier!!

I have worked with Liz for PT session for more than 1 year and cannot recommend her enough. I had various nerve pain and other issues stemming from a car accident and was looking for someone who would work with me through a holistic approach and not just "throw" me on the workout machine.
Liz listened to my issues very diligently and tracked my progress to ensure I was progressing. I have learnt pain management and other exercises to assist with mobility under her care. I am amazed at how much I have progressed given the state I was in when I went to her first.
I still have email copy of the exercises she recommended to me including ones I can do at work on my office chair. She has a wealth of knowledge and will not hesitate to recommend affordable equipment/tools to use.
She is a very compassionate and thorough practitioner. I highly recommend anyone for her services.
