The lady who runs the office takes pride in the appearance of the facility and it is not unusual to see her outside making sure leaves are swept up and assisting renters. “A few weeks ago I noticed that my rent had gone up since January. I looked on the website and found that I could get a unit that was twice as big as the one I had for less money. I reserved the new unit online with plans to go into the office later that day to do the switch. Within minutes I received a call from Lynn who told me that I could transfer units without having to pay for two units for a month. This was on May 2nd, so I had already paid rent for the month on my existing unit and just figured that I would be out that money and would be paying for two units for May. This wasn’t a big deal and was a loss I had already accepted, but when Lynn called me to tell me that since it was only the 2nd I could transfer units and apply the money I already paid to my new unit I was instantly stoked. Since my new unit is cheaper I even have a credit for next month.I went into the office that afternoon to meet with Lynn. She made the transfer incredibly easy and even got me the closest available unit to the elevator.Moving my stuff took a few hours, and it was near closing time when I was finishing and Lynn came up to see how I was doing.Thank you Lynn for not only being kind and helpful, but for being such a lovely person to interact with.”

Luis and Eduardo. These guys were prompt, careful, efficient, funny and friendly. They moved the new furniture into our home, put it together for us, (the backs had been removed) and assisted my husband in removing our old set. The old loveseat went into my husbands truck for the dump and the old couch went down to our barn. Luis and Eduardo even carried the couch into the barn for us. A pleasant day and experience working with this company and these two men. Gentle John's is also very reasonably priced in comparison to other moving companies as well.”

When we came to put some stuff in the unit there was no working lights and I had no idea there was another to my unit ??♀️ the next day I got a call saying the say the door open and they put a lock on the door but to please come to the office. When we came the office it was 10 till closing time and Megan greeted us with such a positive and nice attitude. She came and fixed out lights! So far our experience has been been very positive. We have rented at this same location before and it’s great to see improvement.”

I had a flat tire and just a day from leaving my trip. I called them the next day and explained what happened. The lady answered the phone and was kind and understanding of my situation. I just payed for one month of being gone but I coming back again for my next trip this year. Also they live so close to me so that is a PLUS.”
