“After 3 years of #vanlife, my old mattress was shot. I went to NA Mattress after recommendations from other van owners and Shawna, Josh and Nikki all took great care of me!!!! They make custom shapes for all types of vans and beds and even though my bed was non standard, they had the template for it and were able to fit new foam to my bed. I even got the foam on my seat cushions replaced too. TBH I didn't realize how worn out my old ones were, b/c the new bed and cushions are super plush and comfy. Another positive I want to point out is this is a small business and the owners are also van lifers and they totally get the unique needs of being nomadic. When I told them I was on a time line they worked with me, to get the order ready before I had to leave and even called to let me know when it was ready for pickup. All in all I can't be happier and I am sleeping so much better again now that I've got the new mattress. Whether your local or ordering online these folks are amazing and I expect you'll be pleased with the service, quality and customer service.”

“We popped in to look around for a new mattress. We weren’t exactly planning on buying one today unless it was a perfect deal so we were simply browsing. Jeremy greeted us and off we went. He couldn’t have been better at what he does. Not only does he understand the product but he looks at what we wanted not just what he could sell us. He was really nice, knowledgeable and had a great sense of humor. It made the experience a breeze. Really personable guy. He didn’t hover but he showed us enough stuff with comparisons so we could get a good idea of what we wanted. The store has lots of options with varying price points. We let him know what we were looking for and he showed us our options without pressuring us on any particular brand. “I purchased a couple of side sleeper pillows from these guys. Not bad...the pillows work great if you enjoy sleeping on your side because that a half moon cut out in the pillow, like someone took a bite out of the pillow. You wedge your shoulder and off you go into La La land. Service is pretty good and most of the time things seem a little slow. There was a bit of confusion with I checked in and a coupon popped up for a free pillow. They told me that didn't carry this brand of pillow but took my number. A few days later I got a message that they had made a mistake and three in fact had the pillow. I'll be going to get my free pillow. Anyway it was wonderful that they corrected the error. Check these folks out for reasonably inexpensive furniture and accessories.”

“After visiting ALL the local furniture stores and scouring MANY furniture websites, we chose to order our new sofa from Cascade for two reasons: 1) The excellent, friendly service from Kirby. Kirby is a gem. She's knowledgeable, patient, and fun. She took great care of us on both visits to the store, helped us order exactly the sofa we wanted, including fabric choices. Though we were quoted 8-10 weeks for delivery, the sofa came much earlier. So pleased! 2) Cascade carries the Stanton brand, which is made in Oregon. We liked knowing that we were shopping fairly local. We would definitely return for future furniture purchases!”

The first time, I came in with my mom just to look around and see if there was anything they had that I might like (there was! They have gorgeous and high-quality funiture in a wide variety of styles), and we had a very pleasant experience with Lorrie R. (the general sales manager). He was helpful and friendly, and did not get pushy with my mom and I. “Mark is the best! We came in to the JR Furniture on a Saturday looking for a couch and we were greeted right away. He worked with my husband and I and was very patient with me when I kept being indecisive with what I wanted. Then.... when we found out that we might not get our couch in time for the new house for when family was going to all come over - Mark totally pulled some strings and boom... our couch arrived in 1-1/2 weeks. Thank you Mark for calling the actual owner of the manufacturer and pulling your favor card! And the couch is wonderful - my best couch yet. It is sturdy, comfortable and it is very obvious that the material is NOT the cheap kind.”

We didn't want a replacement, just the frame picked up by the warehouse. Anders connected with his management and the warehouse and in a couple days time, the frame was picked up by 2 wonderful humans from the warehouse. As I mentioned in a previous review, I will never buy mattresses online again.
