“My husband and I came in half an hour before closing, self conscious that we were going to make the employees stay late, but they were very polite and helpful and not rushed. They source most (maybe all) of their products in the pnw and after laying on a bunch of mattresses, I can't imagine buying one on line. Very helpful and knowledgeable sales assistant and we ended up ordering our mattress from them within that half an hour. Hey will pick up and recycle your old mattress too! Would definitely recommend and we'll be back when we need to buy more!”

“It’s been a bit since I bought my bed, but I’m continually grateful to Tom for his excellent customer service and help in me finding the correct bed. I’d bought a bed at Bedmart that wasn’t working for me. Since it was within 90 days, I was able to upgrade my bed. Luckily I went back on a day when Tom was working. His knowledge and experience are second to none. Due to severe back issues, I ultimately needed a Tempurpedic which is out of my price range. Tom worked hard to find me an interest free financing deal with monthly payments I could afford. My body is grateful to Tom every night and morning, and my bank account feels the same every month! We have a chest of drawers and bed that has been taken apart and moved 4 times and they are still super solid. So basic in design that they are timeless. We recommend this company.”

“My husband and I were visiting Portland and we had some time to kill before heading to the airport so we decided to stop in. As soon as we walked in, we told Eric Barr, the associate in the store, that we were just browsing and would not be purchasing because we live on the East coast but are in the market for a new bed. Eric could have turned us loose and not thought twice about us but instead he treated us with the same sincerity and respect as he would have a paying customer. He went as far as getting us “fitted” for a mattress using the smart bed technology. He educated us and talked to us about the different types of mattresses, etc. If we were local, we would have purchased on the spot. Thank you, Eric, for your kindness and education.”

“I like buying a mattress almost as much as buying a new car - NOT something I look forward to. But my experience with Michael at the Jantzen Beach BedMart has changed my view entirely. Michael was full of sleep knowledge as well as details about each of the mattresses they carry. He did not pressure me in anyway, and in fact encouraged me to take my time to think on it. I was very impressed with BedMart when I walked out the door after purchasing, but then I met the two guys that delivered my mattress and I knew that I would never even consider buying anywhere else.
