“Brought my car in after my temperature gauge kept telling me the car was over heating and the heater only worked at random times. Normally when you bring a car to a shop, in my experience, they only investigate the problem mentioned but Tyler’s gave me a very detailed inspection for the same price of investigating the main problem. This inspection included pictures (it’s always easier to believe diagnosis with proof) and detailed descriptions of what should be fixed now and what should be done soon. They never pressured me to get anything done and performed the work requested in a very timely manner at a decent price. My heater has never been so hot. Thanks for everything, will be back again.”

“The folks here couldn't be more helpful, I've had my vehicle in once for replacement cat. converter and a second time when the car was wearing out.On the Cat replacement they came in under quote and quicker than expected, and fixed a few small things that I didn't even as them to look at.When the car had reached its end of life, I had it towed there after a major mechanical issue, they diagnosed the problem and allowed me to store it on lot til I could get it towed to disposal.100% my mechanic for the future, they should be yours too.”
“I had a wonderful experience at Tigard Premier. I went in needing a fog light and rear window wiper replaced. They had neither in stock but told me where to get them and to come back and they would install them. I picked up the parts, came back and they installed them at the pre-arranged time. To top it all off there was no charge. When it is time for an oil change or whatever, they have earned my business.”

They explained me everything they did. Even showed me to reset my service light on my panel, and they didn’t have the motor filter to replace it, but they explained to me how can I do it, after to buy the filter.35 min took to complete all services for my car, oil changed, air filter replacement and front light replacement. “I give Jiffy Lube 5 stars. If I could I would added more stars. Had a problem with the check engine light came on, over the recent holidays when any help like that was closed for the holidays. They diagnosed what it was up with my older car. They fixed it at a decent price. I am really impressed ? by their skills. I highly recommend Jiffy Lube in Wilsonville Oregon a place to go.
