Highly recommended the dealership. Will be our families choice for Merc as long as Jeff Swickard owns the entity! He delivered on comittment he made to make things right.
Our purchase was an out of state, through pics and video only. We got it shipped. All of the information was accurate, deal was excellent and the car shipped to our door step. We had few bumps in the shipping process but Jeff and Noel Preston (Manager) ensured the right thing was done. Rest of the experience was excellent. I would not flinch buying from Wilsonville Merc.

I've never driven a Mercedes I bought mine in February. It said I needed a3 service. I scheduled on line and asked 3 times what a3 was. I was told general maintenance. I show up for my appointment and was told it was going to be over 1600 I'm like no way! I've never had that big of a bill ever for general maintenance especially when my car has less than 20000 miles. He said you are due for an oil change I said ok that's fine. I was told be prepared because your next one will be over 1400 hundred. I'm thinking wow I thought these cars were dependable. I waited for over two hours and I noticed my car sitting outside behind the waiting area. I went back to ask if it was done and no one could answer except Brandon who was my service contact. He was on the phone for ten minutes why I waited. He said we can not do the car wash to save time I said no car wash. He said they just took it in to work on it. It will be another hour. I went back to the waiting room and I could still see my car sitting out back. I was mad I told the woman working in the waiting area what I was told. She said I will go talk to Brandon and finally it went in
I waited three hours for a 326.00 oil change. The milage on the receipt was 20402 and my car only has 19942. Needless to say I am not happy at all

Service was amazing! Very friendly and so willing to accommodate to my schedule. Love being able to have a loaner car during service. I was amazed by the video they took under my car to show me what was wrong with it!

I have to say Madison, Nick and Bo have been beyond amazing! Not only did they make the car buying experience flawless but they welcomed me into the Mercedes family. My interest in a used vehicle was addressed online promptly with consistent communication about its readiness. It was made sure that I had a chance to check out the vehicle even while it was awaiting maintenance for a chance to secure it before hitting the front line. Alan was nice, patient, and works well with customers, as I'm sure the whole Mercedez staff is accustomed to doing. Walked away stoked about a great deal on a dope used Subaru.

Noticeable decline in service and satisfaction since Swickard took over. We used to be greeted warmly by Mo, who never tried to dishonestly upsale by tacking on needless, non urgent services.
They clearly aren't making any money. We had a service done and all of a sudden they started tacking on "recommended services" such as:
1. "Tires are the wrong size" $700
2. "Battery is original, tests fine" $600
3. "Wiper blades arent covered by services" $80.
Never had this issue before. THE GOOD STAFF LEFT, the new staff are bored-sitting on their phones, dont make eye contact, awkwardly try to engage (when they do notice you), and won't hold the door open for customers.We asked for one thing to be done fer certain during our service: wiper blades changed. When we asked at the end of the service-this WAS NOT DONE. Had to wait longer for someone to run out before we left and put them on.
EVERY setting for our seats were changed. Had to re-adjust mirrors, seats, a/c, before we left.
Mercedes Benz of Wilsonville is gone. We will not be back-esp spending hundreds of dollars on one service. We will drive longer distances to avoid anything Swickard.

Probably the best car buying experience I’ve had in ages!! Nick, the sales manager, was the first to greet us warmly and make sure we were set up with an amazing salesperson, Jaylan. From the beginning, we felt respected, heard, and understood. Jaylan took a bunch of time to make sure we got what we were looking for. When it came down to brass tacks, Nick and Jaylan made sure that we felt good about the deal we jointly negotiated, and really worked with our “ideal monthly payment”. They made it very easy for me to say yes, and sped the paperwork along as much as possible. Not only are they extremely helpful, they are wonderful, laid back people who are just fun to talk with as we waited for Finance to get our docs together. We super appreciate the time they took with us and would highly highly recommend speaking with Jaylan (and Nick) for any vehicle needs!
