26700 SW 95th Ave #9206, Wilsonville“Hospitable, Attentive to my preferences in a vehicle and financial needs is what I received from Angeline and Jesse at Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan. I went thinking they'd not really have what I was seeking and drove away with exactly what I was seeking plus several more features. Angeline really did an exceptional job of listening, searching and keeping this vehicle 'just for me' and she was right!
Financial bartering was a bit longer than necessary I feel, I appreciated finally being heard by Michael who seemed to get the numbers magically where I had asked hours prior. John, who processed the paperwork smoothly and efficiently.
There were about 6 things I found with the vehicle within 24 hrs of having it, that require service professionally, costing me additional expenses that Tonkin Wilsonville Nissan could've taken care of prior to selling it (an antenna cover that was broken needs to be professionally repaired, remote batteries were dying, 3 recalls had not been serviced and a couple other smaller things).
Overall, a 4 for the lack of the above items but a 5* for Angeline, Michael, John and Jesse who did a great job meeting my financial needs.”

Sometimes you don't realize how good something is until you try something else?
TLDR : Zero notice, fit me in on the spot, and fixed my vehicle. Plus a was and vacuum, which did not suck (pun intended)?
Well we had a major service interval done on our TDI at another Audi Dealer and they didn't fill the AdBlue fluid tank.
Sounds like a small problem. About as drastic as being out of washer fluid.....
For those that don't know; when that fluid is out, the car won't start. At all.
I got a "your car will no longer start in 500 miles" alert. Called the dealer that serviced the car and was assured that 2,000 miles ago it was done. It was suggested that a sensor may be broken.
either way, straight to Wilsonville I went. zero notice.
no appointment.
mid day.
they got my car in straight away. found the ad blue tank was almost totally empty.
filled it at NO CHARGE.

“James and Spark + the team came to our rescue when our Hertz rental car got a flat tire and Hertz was being useless. Luckily, we just happened to pull over across the street from Jiffy Lube, and when we desperately drove over with the flat tire, James and Spark replaced our flat tire. We wouldn't have been able to do it ourselves, as the Hertz car didn't even have all the tools to replace a tire (DO NOT RECOMMEND renting from Hertz at the Portland airport -.- )
but DEFINITELY recommend this Jiffy Lube. And we were so grateful that they didn't even charge us anything. If it weren't for you guys, we would've had to pay out of our own pocket for a tow (even though we had full coverage insurance, Hertz told us flat tires weren't covered...!?)
so yes, we were desperate and panicked and Jiffy Lube came to our rescue.
