Two good tire shops could not manage to dismount the original 14ply tires with their equipment. Went to Les Schwab - who probably could have, but would not. (The LS in my home town would have!) Found Quality Tire - who are truly quality people with a "Can-Do" attitude and they were able to work me in and get the job done. They were all a joy to work with, helpful and knowledgable with various questions and I would highly recommend them. (Especially for RV owners with challenging heavy duty tires!)”

“You don’t often leave a good review after a mistake was made, but I took my truck in to fix a screw puncture that they covered for free. They recommended I rotate my tires(also free) and offered me windshield wipers. After leaving I noticed my low air notification was on my back tires from the tires not being aired up after rotation and wipers didn’t get replaced. We can all hope to be perfect, but making things right is what keeps me coming back. I showed back up and explained my problem. With the parking lot full and them being super busy, they pulled me into a bay and had wipers changed and tires aired up in a couple short minutes. Every employee I’ve felt with here was exceptional, but one of the technicians Dallas was an absolute rockstar. I this experience has made me a loyal customer to discount tire and I will request Dallas for all future visits!”

“Last year I needed a tire on my car really bad r. Really I could have used two tires, but I just went to get the one.When I got there they had just opened up the business maybe a week earlier. None of the guys spoke very much English and I spoke no Spanish. We figured it out and I got two new tires put on the back of my car and within 45 minutes I was out of there. Really nice guys, didn't try and take advantage of me, understood what I was trying to say and really made me feel at ease once the transaction was complete.I would recommend gills Point S tires to anyone! They are located on Table Rock Road but it's this little side road that's also called Table Rock Road. Once you pass natural grocers make a right turn onto that little short Table Rock Road Street in front of the Eagles Lodge.”

“Can’t say enough good things about my experience and the service that I was given. Literally. I took my daughter’s car in because she had a tire that needed to be patched, and decided to have a pre trip inspection done at no charge. They patched the bad tire, gave me a report and advised that two tires needed to be replaced soon. Everything else looked great. I asked what I owed for the tire repair, and was told that it was on the house. I can not explain how such a simple gesture made me feel. I will take all of my vehicles to a place that care enough to treat the customer like they come first. So very rare! And my hats off to every person I encountered at this shop. “These guys were so amazing! I had a flat and needed to get the new tire on. I called them at like 4pm and the guy told me to come on over and within 15 minutes of me getting there they had the new tire on, balanced and done. I was so happy and so appreciative. It cost me $27 and took less than 20 min. Les schwab was going to charge me $100 and said it would be an hour and a half.I would recommend these guys for any tire issues and they have a huuuge selection if you're looking to buy new tires and/or wheels.Thankyou to the guys at C&C tires.☺️”

“When I was rear-ended this summer Lithia took care of me quickly and professionally. I had an estimate from another shop that had more than twice the amount of cosmetic work that needed to be done and the earliest appointments were >2 months out. In talking to my service advisor at Southern Oregon Subaru he mentioned checking out Lithia, and they were able to get me in within a couple days for an estimate and based on the damage get parts in within the week. A few days expected repair turned into just over a day and it's impossible to tell where the repair was done on the car.When I had issues with the other party's insurance not paying for an aspect of the claim Lithia was quick in getting me the information I needed to dispute things and finally get paid for alignment work from the accident that had already been completed.Services: Painting”

“These Guys were great. I called rite b4 they were closing and asked if he had 2 used tires 4 my truck N he said yah but he wud wait only 10 min because they were technically closed. I went straight over with my belts literally coming thru which made the one have a bubble so it felt like it wud wobble rite off. The pair he had 1 of them wasn't good so he found a comprable size and gave me those for 40$ less and told me I am your help. ?. Indeed he was. Thank you Guys. N then he waited 4 me 2 go to the ATM. “Crawled in with a flat, all the way from just pass Lake of the Woods. I needed the closest tire shop, but I found the best, in White City. Nicest guys working there. Great service, great tires. I was in and out with 4 new tires, 3 mounted, all in under an hour (I was already on the spare before, so my truck rim was laying down at home). All 3 remaining tires had patches and on this trip into Medford, one was going flat and I could not patch it again, was barely holding 10psi. Every mile or two I had to pull off the road and refilled to get that 10 psi in it. I'm so happy I found this shop. I will go out of my way to return there again and will recommend any one to use this shop.Thanks again guys. God bless you all.”
