They do good work, but it took longer than they said it would. Under promise, over deliver! Also, we we’re constantly calling to check status…no updates initiated by them. With Lithia’s reputation in The Valley, I expected more from them.

Got rear ended and had Lithia perform the repairs. The whole experience was refreshingly simple. Tami Peterson guided us through the process and was exceedingly helpful, she went above and beyond to make sure we were informed and taken care of.
