“I had a tire go flat on my tractor.I called Darryl and had fully expected to set up a farm call to repair and fix tire.Daryl asked what was happening and guided me thru how to repair it myself by replacing the tire stem he told me to come pick up free of charge. I returned to Tehama and purchased my new tires for my truck because of this.Thank you Darryl for the integrity and great service!.”

“Dropped my truck off for inspection. Got a call an hour later from the salesman saying the repairs would be 369$, I agreed on that quote for the work to be done. I show up a few hrs later to pay and pick up my truck and was told he made a mistake and forgot to add another 100$ on the quote.
Update. The owner reached out to offer me 100$. That there speaks volumes to me and feel very confident this company retains utmost integrity and exceptional customer service!”

“I've always had great service at Discount tire! I've been a customer for over 30 years starting in NM. I was so happy when they opened a store here. They are very thorough and explain everything. I visited another local tire shop last year when my tire had a slow leak. I waited for 2 hours and they said that it was just a seal issue. The tire still continued to lose air. I then took it to Discount tire that had just opened and they found a nail on it. It was repaired for free and I was out of there in less than 30 min 100% recommend!”
“Ryan the owner is very knowledgeable man as well as the mechanics that are employed by him. Everyone is very professional. I scheduled my car to be worked on and they were able to take me back to my house while I waited for my car to be done. Pricing is very affordable and the job was done well. I received my car is better condition than when I left it. I was getting quotes for the work done on my car and Ryan’s prices beat them all.
I felt heard when I told him what was going on with it and I felt like he took the time to help me understand how the parts worked. After the job was done I was able to see the actual part he took off my car so I could better understand where my money went.
Bridges is also a Schaeffer’s dealer so you can get high quality engine oil like the oil that was put in my car. This is a very honest shop. If you’ve had a bad experience somewhere else this is the place to go. You won’t have to worry about getting ripped off here. You’ll also learn a thing or two.

“Look, I’m an honest reviewer and a Costco lover, but Les gets my tire business. I have a newer Subaru Outback and needed a patch because I ran over a screw. Since they are factory tires I didn’t think Les Schwab would offer me service but they couldn’t have been kinder. They refused to take my money to patch my tire from somewhere else. I’ll of course be shopping with them when it’s time for new tires- the service can’t be beat.”

“As a young single woman (who doesn't know much about cars), my time with Advantage Tire Pros was hands-down the most comfortable & easy experience I have ~ever~ had with any kind of car-related service or shop. They got me in within 2 days of calling, serviced my car at a super fair price in a couple hours, & were friendly / supportive / respectful with any of my questions. Normally, I have to really advocate for myself to avoid being over-charged, but I didn't have to do that at all here. “These Guys were great. I called rite b4 they were closing and asked if he had 2 used tires 4 my truck N he said yah but he wud wait only 10 min because they were technically closed. I went straight over with my belts literally coming thru which made the one have a bubble so it felt like it wud wobble rite off. The pair he had 1 of them wasn't good so he found a comprable size and gave me those for 40$ less and told me I am your help. ?. Indeed he was. Thank you Guys. N then he waited 4 me 2 go to the ATM. “Crawled in with a flat, all the way from just pass Lake of the Woods. I needed the closest tire shop, but I found the best, in White City. Nicest guys working there. Great service, great tires. I was in and out with 4 new tires, 3 mounted, all in under an hour (I was already on the spare before, so my truck rim was laying down at home). All 3 remaining tires had patches and on this trip into Medford, one was going flat and I could not patch it again, was barely holding 10psi. Every mile or two I had to pull off the road and refilled to get that 10 psi in it. I'm so happy I found this shop. I will go out of my way to return there again and will recommend any one to use this shop.Thanks again guys. God bless you all.”
