“Very clean dog grooming and self wash! Took my pup on for a quick walk-in two trim, which they give you a choice if Esther doing with nail grinder or trimmers. Trimmers only for my puppers that cannot stand nail work but the gal was so calm and patient with her! Definitely going back and shared info with many others.”

“Came here on Saturday & was pleasantly surprised. Very large selection for a range of animals. It's rare that I can go into a smaller pet supply like this & find everything I need, and then some. I have a few different kinds of animals, so I was surprised that I didn't need to stop anywhere else later that day for anything pet-related. The prices were surprisingly reasonable as well, my bill only came out to around $30 for a bag of goodies. They've got some sort of rewards program for the freeze-dried stuff, too, which I immediately signed up for. They were generous with samples, thanks to this we found a new food we'd like to try for one of our cats. My only critique is to please give us some space to shop. We wanted to explore this new store & felt like we were being watched & interrupted quite a bit. Even after saying we didn't need help. We knew what we needed but still wanted to just browse. Just a little annoying, but I'm sure that's what she was told to do. Anyway. Excited to come back... and it's so close! Glad we found our new favorite pet store.”

“Got a great deal on a tank here that was on clearance. Noticed a Betta fish with a crooked back and swim bladder disease so I adopted him without mentioning anything because every time I have, I'm told I can't have that particular animal for whatever reason (I'm sure some kind of liability) He is alive and doing well though. Animals here seemed healthy to me and staff was friendly.”

“Tara helped me as soon as I walked into the store. She was very knowledgeable about the fish and their care. I usually don't go to Petco because of service issues in the past but I will come back to this store specifically. She was very pleasant and helpful with everything.She is awesome a customer service!!!!”

“A couple of days ago I decided to rehome my fish. I went to Petco in Tigard where I have shopped many times before. My favorite employee there Tara helped me instead I came home with a new aquarium with everything to set it up. I want people to know Tara went above and beyond what is expected of an employee. I am physically limited in what I can do nor did I know how to set this up. Tara came to my house after work and set this up for me. I am so greatful there are people like Tara in our world. Please shop Petco in Tigard.”
