“The lady who helped us at the end was great. We were store occupied on leaving for a road trip and didn't realize the store was closing, which is why they other two employees seemed annoyed. No one said anything to us, though. We said sorry a bunch once we realized. In the end, the lady who helped was awesome with helping with 4 traveling animals.”

“We live 45 minutes away and I still drive down to this spot right here instead of other pet stores! Been seeing them for over two years now :) They are always friendly and helpful. And I absolutely love their point-system. Because I shop there for food, toys, chew sticks, etc. I’m always walking out with free goodies (including a cot for my dog at one point)! Highly recommend this spot!!”

“My dog is a little shy and it was his first time going into a pet shop. Karen was just so sweet, she helped Frank and I out and even gave him some doggy treats. And when we had to step outside for an emergency potty break, when I came back in she was excited to see us walking back up.I bought a small bag of Taste of the Wild puppy chow, a bully bone for Frank, and a cloth poopy bag holder that are Bobs.With being a vital care member I got $3 off that I then turned around and donated $2 back, so my total came to $41.97It's a very good location and just big enough to still feel like a small store. Highly recommend!”

“Went into this store looking for a Xmas gift for what we will call our Grandpets. Parking was easy and as soon as you walk in you are greeted. Store and all aisles were clean and the store didn't smell like hay. Went early so not a lot of employees to ask if we needed help, but after finding what we needed they made sure that the employees were there to give you a fast and speedy checkout. Customer service was very friendly at the cashier hence my 5 star. They let us know about sales and explained what we were purchasing. Definitely would come here again.”
