Marcus took time to measure our feet, talk through it options, and help us decide. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He offered us solutions to all sorts of questions we had, and did a great job of helping us understand the benefits of buying from the New Balance store. What a great experience!

Went to try on the 1080’s and Rebels in the afternoon yesterday. The workers were very chill and accommodating, and informative. Friendly but not OVERLY friendly. Isak(?) helped me and even put on my shoes for me lol. Felt bad that I couldn’t purchase anything then so left a review. Great customer service

Fantastic customer service! Would def. shop here again. Would be five stars, however, for whatever reason, ...the store carries less options than other places.
