“I'm not one who loves shopping, but this Evereve in Bridgeport Village is my go-to store. Why? The clothes are nice and the customer service is excellent. The stylists will put together outfits for me, get me different sizes, and bring me something yummy to drink when I get worn out from trying on clothes. The stylists are friendly, professional, and so very helpful.Today, I was assisted by Kim, Grace, and also Carrie (the manager). Got everything I needed promptly and efficiently. Highly recommend shopping here for a great experience.”

“I need a dress. I need a dress for a wedding. My sister found a White House/Black Market dress online. The nearest WH/BM to me is at Washington Square Mall in Tigard, OR. No worries. While I'm here, I'll look at some "other" stores with nice and casual dresses. Oh my. The "other" stores had no selection, dresses I would not even try on. Horrible taste. Inferior quality. And zero customer service. And these are the nicer stores. I finally find WH/BM. Axia immediately said hello and asked me what I was looking for. So nice. So kind. So understanding. I felt like a princess. I ordered the dress with Axia's help. I will not be returning to the "others". I will be at White House/Black Market. Thank you, Axia. Take care.”

They brought multiple options, checked on us and on the end - we found what we couldn't find (that fit her right) at those 3 other stores. “Despite a challenging online shopping experience on Black Friday, Nordstrom's Washington Square store redeemed itself through an outstanding employee, Betsy J.I'm going to detail my experience leading up to Betsy saving the day. After 2 prolonged online chats my order was placed on the evening of Thanksgiving with a promise of a post-purchase price adjustment.The next morning I opened my email to get the order number so I could follow-up on the price matching to find that the shipping address had changed to a previous address I'd used on a trip that was states away from where it was supposed to go. An address that had even been deleted.Despite placing my order the night before and checking the billing and shipping address 3 times (I've had repeated issues with the Nordstrom system reverting my shipping address back to random addresses used in the past), I opened my email the next morning to get the order number to follow-up on the price matching and encountered issues finding a wrong shipping address in the email receipt AGAIN.Despite the items not being processed or shipped, customer service was unwilling to change the address or cancel the order. This led to a frustrating situation, highlighting the challenges faced in the online shopping process with Nordstrom (I've been told I'm not the only person who experiences this with their system).Nevertheless, a visit to Nordstrom's Washington Square store and the exceptional assistance from Betsy in women's activewear turned the experience around.Customer service originally was unhelpful when I reached out to them immediately upon receiving the receipt email and several more times after. They suggested monitoring emails for shipping notifications and contacting them promptly to intercept the package but explained that only then they MIGHT be able to help recall the order if it was shipped with 2 specific shipping services, if it was shipped with any others they wouldn't. My attempts to stop the shipments (they were sent individually) were futile and both items ended up at the home of someone in another state. It was really a bummer, we own a gym -our clients discover new fitness clothing options from us, I'm also a stylist & enjoy helping my clients find the best gifts for themselves and their loved ones.During a visit to the Washington Square Mall, Betsy at Sweaty Betty went above and beyond. Despite a prior reluctance to buy another sweater, she overheard my husband saying how we already had paid for the item that didn't come to us. Betty was caring enough to ask about what he meant. I explained what happened not expecting anything but after hearing about it Betsy refunded my online order, demonstrating exceptional customer service and product knowledge. Her dedication turned around my perception of Nordstrom's service which has taken a big nosedive in the past years.Betsy's outstanding service stands in contrast to the challenges faced with Nordstrom online orders & customer support. Her commitment & product expertise make her an asset to Nordstrom. Betsy's exceptional service has restored my faith in Nordstrom, & I hope she receives the recognition she deserves. I told her I didn't want her to get in trouble for helping and she said no way, customers should be treated well!Betsy is how I remember Nordstrom used to be. My Mom jokes I was practically raised at Nordstrom eventually buying my Lazaro gown and veil from their Seattle wedding suite, I've been a customer for life and so I'm confident when I say- you have a jewel of an employee in your women's activewear department in Betsy J. Walking through the store yesterday there were employees who seemed aimless. Betty wasn't. She was actively folding, making sure the area was tidy and that anyone around was being taken care of. Unobtrusive but a wonderful presence. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling and loved the brand Sweaty Betty too. She told me she had been working for Nordstrom ”

“They had a great selection of cute baby girl clothes and cute little girl clothes. They probably have a great selection of boy stuff but I was shopping for my nieces so I didn’t see the boy stuff. They had some of the most adorable new born onesies and everything was 40% off. Besides the incredible sale I was easily able to find all of the sizes I needed without any problem whatsoever. I look forward to the next time I get to go back and shop for my nieces!!”

I also got multiple tops, and their clothes are always in season and so cute. It's not too expensive for most things. But can be pretty spendy if you look at the right areas. “Please be aware that most, if not all, workers will be teenagers like many malls all over America(kids themselves)so be patient and kind.They can't learn if they're not allowed to make mistakes. For example, look at that angry lady below me complaining about fifty-five cents. The logical and actual reason that happened is because the employee hit the number 1 key twice by accident. I'm sure the employee learned to slow down from now on.To many of the parents/guardians: You need to watch your kids, period. End of story. If you need a place to sit and there's no where else to sit then leave the store this is not a place to sit down anywhere you want just like most stores in the mall. Walk your lazy butt to the 4 benches right outside the store I'm trying to shop and you're in my way.To the cashiers: Slow the f down and chilllll. Even if there's a rude customer it's better to go at your own pace and do it right vs rushing and doing it wrong. When you guys put clothes away you need to slow down as well it's not that serious.As for the clothes they're great thank you.To everyone: A little patience and kindness goes a very long way.”

“Beautiful artisan clothing with luxury fabrics and details like embroidery and beads adorn this shop. I was excited to see a location near me after always going to the one in downtown Bellevue in Washington. The prints and patterns are carefully chosen and asethically pleasing but with a steep price of course, definately more of a splurge spot for me. The blouses, dresses, jackets, scarves are all of the finest quality and they have a variety of designs to choose from. Its a boutique so the pieces are definately unique and not something you would find anywhere else. Mostly everything is made in India but way over priced in my opinion. Good location to check out and staff was helpful and can order other sizes if they dont have in store.”

“Honestly I never review retail stores but the staff here went above and beyond for me re: an online order I was hoping would be filled by the time I got to the store same day. Normally they take 24 hours at most to process online orders and it was the last Anderson paak vinyl they had in stock so I had to snag it online before someone grabbed it in store. They went ahead and found it when I called and filled the online order right away.Thank you guys!!!”
