“Had Curt hitch and electrical wiring installed on a new 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid. Initially only got the hitch, but then U-Haul wouldn't let me haul without electrical, so I was back again. Both times, staff was very helpful in ordering what I needed, scheduling the install and then getting the work done. I thought of doing this work myself, but was a little more involved that I wanted to deal with, and they had done all this many times before. Would definitely go back if I needed similar work in the future.”
“Currently, I have a car there- called for an update... Car has been there 18 days- and no estimated date of completion. I called to get any idea of completion- was rudely spoken to by Haley-- "well it was a tow in..." as she laughed. Let's just say, not a productive conversation, like I was inconveniencing her. Good news though- I got a callback less than 5 minutes later- had a delightful call - and received the simple update I was looking for. They have been doing a diligent job hunting down parts... generally - very pleased. Gave them a 5 star, maybe Haley was just having a bad day-- everyone gets a pass once and a while.”

I immediately called leaves and had my car brought there, and though it took several weeks as parts were on backorder. My car was repaired better than it had ever been before. Not only more quality parts used, but I could not tell there was any damage done to my car at all. Bonus, I had no deductible to pay and had a $36 check that will be sent to me as a refund.

I would highly recommend them for any of your collision repairs that need to be done and would advise that you call them prior to calling your insurance company as they will have your car towed to their shop, assist you with deductible or loan relief, and advocate for you against Your insurance company who may wish to have the parts replaced with substandard parts, which are essentially garbage and simply destroy the cost of your vehicle upon resale.

As a comparison, I took my vehicle to a competitor 4 times, complaining of blue smoke from tailpipe and chugging motion, and they could not identify any issue (it was the spark plugs, which should have been something obvious to check).
