“I’ve had bad experiences in authorized retail stores so I tried to go to a direct store. They didn’t have the phone I wanted but this store did. Reluctantly we went. Surprisingly Dakota was awesome! He got us a better deal than the direct store and had what we needed. He was so helpful and nice we ended up with another phone and a new iPad line. Thanks Dakota! We will for sure be back in the future.”
