The woman who helped me immediately put me at ease — she was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely caring. She guaranteed that my package would be safely handled and shipped, and she was 100% right. Everything arrived exactly as promised, without a hitch.
What really stood out was her willingness to go above and beyond. When I mentioned that I was having trouble accessing my email to print the return label, she calmly said that I could forward it to them and they would download and print it for me right there. That level of service is hard to find these days!
The entire team was courteous, efficient, and organized, and you can tell they truly value their customers. In addition to shipping, they also provide passport services, notary work, faxing, printing, and more, making it a one-stop shop for so many needs.

If anyone cant use Kiosk then they are there obviously to help and assist with anything needed.”
“Very friendly and helpful staff. Love that I can pick my carrier and they have the pick up times listed. Staff helped me box up my film and printed a custom “do not xray” sticker so I don’t have to worry about my film getting ruined. The box was only $1 too!
(I noticed that they have a separate wine shipping department. I made a mental note of that)

“This is a governmental agency who’s been chronically underfunded and understaffed. You are supposed to expect delays and slow delivery times. That said, I have never had a bad experience in this location. All employees are efficient and pleasant. You can now do a very short survey by scanning the QR code on your receipt or the signs inside the building.”
“The Postal Annex people at Cedar Hills Walker Center are very friendly and helpful. There was a complicated issue with a package sent to another country, and they made it right for me. He directed me to the downtown location for passport services and they had horrible customer services. FYI- it appears neither do passport services. You’ll need to make appointment online.”
“Today was my first time delivering here. For those that don't know, you need to turn left down the dead end street right before their building as their docks are behind the building. I wish they had a sign saying that as I had to go to the end of the street and turn around. I did suggest that to the guy that unloaded me and he agreed and said he would mention it. Everyone was super friendly. My appointment was at 09:00 and I was unloaded in about 45 minutes! I will say I was nervous about docking here as I read a review saying it was tight, and I'm a new driver. They do share a drive and docking area with another company across the way. I can see where it could be tight if both places were busy. However, when I pulled in, a driver was docking into the other company. I waited for him to dock and there was plenty of room for me to drive to the end and turn around. There was plenty of room for me to do my setup and turn it into a straight line back. I only gave it 4 stars because the sign telling trucks to turn would have been a huge help, and I tripped over some debris in the docking area. I mentioned the tripping to the guy unloading me as well. He admitted they've been trying to clean it up, but need to get the rest of it picked up. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience.”
