I have not received my mattress as I just ordered it, so this review is only based on my sales and customer service experience at the Lake Oswego location. Nathan and all other store representatives that I dealt with were fantastic!I can not say this of either the Tualatin or Sherwood locations as I have had negative experiences at both locations with one being very recent at Tualatin. This time was completely different. Zero pressure and Nathan was very easy to work with. Courteous, patient and knowledgeable. He helped me decide on best mattress based on my needs, helped make sure the final height of my mattress and box spring was perfect and made every part of the process be easy and efficient. The delivery guys were also perfect. I was so happy after sleeping so comfortably on the new guest bedroom mattress that I went back and bought a second mattress for my own bed. Second delivery was also perfect. I also found the quality of the pillows, mattress pad and sheet bundle I got with each mattress to have great added value. I went to other stores before Bed Mart and just didn’t feel comfortable enough to make a purchase. The options can be overwhelming but Bill made it easy. If you want to sleep well, get great value and super service buy from Bill Johnson at the Hillsboro Esplanade Bed Mart.”

“I used to live in Tigard for years and drove past Broadway Furniture all the time. I recently moved to downtown Portland. Recently my bed has become very uncomfortable. I bought an expensive mattress somewhere else and got home to only realize it wasn't the mattress. I have old injuries and my body needs a comfortable, to me, sleep setup. I tried researching my options and finally decided to shop options for a new bedroom set today. Ken happened to be walking out as I got out of my car and immediately was there to help. I explained my situation and showed him photos. He had me come inside and shared some general education about bed setups and mattresses. He gave me a plan to fix my current bed and never tried to sell me anything. I'm also a small business owner and exhausted with not sleeping well. I am so incredibly grateful for his kindness! I'm crossing my fingers his solutions work and if not I'll happily be back in! There was a reason I chose to drive from downtown Portland to Tigard, it's for genuine kindness, compassion and integrity in small businesses. Thank you Ken, you are such a kind soul!”

“I bought two matching reclining chairs from NW Gallery back in September. Wendy was my salesperson and she was excellent!I knew they'd take a while and gave them a call after 2 months. Ceasar called the manufacturer and they told him the fabric I had ordered was discontinued. They never thought to tell him - even with an open order waiting for it. He got right on it, gave me a call within the day and I went back to the store to pick another fabric. I've been very anxious that the new fabric wouldn't work as well and I finally just let it go and hoped for the best.The best happened! The chairs were delivered today on time, by two good guys who were careful and helpful. And the best news - the chairs are in perfect condition, work well and look great!I am very happy with my purchases and with NW Gallery Furniture!!! I recommend them highly! Ceasar and Wendy are pretty great as well!”

“I had spinal surgery a few years back and my doctor told me I needed to get a really good bed. I had researched many different beds before a friend of mine told me about Casper. I walked into the Washington Square location and met a wonderful sales associate named Bianca who walked me through all the different styles and what would be best for me and I ended up buying the dream bed. And it’s literally been a dream! If not for Bianca’s attention to detail and actually listening to what I wanted and needed I don’t think I would’ve ended up with the right bed.
