A fella named Matt at this location just helped me figure out a box situation I was having. The contents inside are super fragile and for my wedding! He was very friendly, informative, and helpful.Someone give that guy a raise! Lol?

I’ve visited most of the UPS Stores in Salem but this one has been the best to deal with regarding, professional, courtesy and helpfulness. Thanks for making it easy!
