“So I never thought I'd be writing a review for a FedEx, but here we are. What compelled me to write this review was how incredibly helpful they have been each and every time.I'm not from Oregon, so I send a fair amount of stuff in the mail. I usually go to the pack & ship place by my apartment, but they aren't always equipped to handle odd requests. When they aren't, I come here.I didn't think I'd have as many odd shipping requests as I have had, but they came up more than I was ready for. And every time, I would walk in and say, "I need you to help me figure out the best way to do this," and they delivered every time.And it wasn't just, "Oh, like this." It was literally thinking through problems together to get it just right. If it were standard operating procedure type of stuff, I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. But each employee who has helped me get these packages where I needed them to go with great attention to detail has been top-tier.So yeah. I figured it was worth letting the world (Or, at least Salem) know that if you have a shipping problem that you need help with, the people here WILL help you solve it and do it right.It isn't always cheap, but every odd-shaped or delicate package that has been sent from here has gotten where it needed to go safely.”

“Convenient. 4pm cut off for overnight shipping to the East. 5pm cut off for overnight shipping on the West. They have shipping supplies. They get a little cranky when you ask for a envelope, a pack and a pouch for the same shipment. Apparently, this is a FedEx no no.”

“This is my favorite post office in Salem. The people who work here are very kind and helpful, and they aren’t super strict with how i packaged my item and stuff. Other post offices will constantly nag me about how big or small the envelope is or whatever. They don’t do that to me here. They actually ship the item without any problems.”

“I had some trouble trying to locate my package I contacted corporate and quickly received a call from Nate. He informed me it hadn't arrived at his location yet. He also offered some suggestions for the next place to look. 2 days after my original call I received another phone call from Nate he made me aware it was out for delivery that day! The follow-up call was way above and beyond what I expected. Very thankful for the assistance throughout the process and attention to detail!!!”

“Listen, when packages end up here it’s normally cause there was a problem with delivery. Our mail box was broken into and took months to replace, I have been here many times to retrieve mail and packages. Yes, it feels a little unwelcoming there but legally they have to keep that door closed unless someone is actively helping a customer. And every single individual that has worked that window for me has been LOVELY. The people here cannot help most of the shipping logistical issues.”
