“Maybe we got lucky. We arived 15 minutes early for a passport appointment and were promptly greeted by the clerk. The young man ahead of us needed a copy which the lady made. The woman helping us with our applications was friendly and chatted while she assisted us. She and my husband talked about his job. She was helpful with a mistake I made on one of the froms. We were treated well and I saw nothing but friendly and helpful service the 45 minutes or so I was there. I would stop in and buy stamps if I was in Independence.”

“The installation was awesome. The only draw back to the process was relaying the design I wanted for my truck. They did the design wrong twice,and then when I showed them the layout that I would like, the young man whi I was dealing with sent me a email stating "this will be the last revision and that it would cost me more if I needed to do another revision.As stated earlier,the installation was awesome,but the design process could use some work.”

“Shipping made easy & quick to boot. Notary & copies & stamps & mail anything. They even have pre-stamped envelopes at the register for the one-of need. I actually used one today. It was super convenient. Didn’t have to run home for an envelope hunt & stamp hunt someplace else in the house. Staff is beyond patient & helpful. Every customer interaction I witnessed was impeccable. Lots of gift items & trinkets. Sweet locally made items which is a nice touch. Convenient location as well.”

“I have always loved the Mail Depot. The employees have always been friendly and helpful. One of the employees could see that I was struggling to figure out how big of a box to ship my items in, so he came out from behind the counter and helped me find the right box in the right size and cut it down so that I can ship it out for the lowest possible rate. He was seriously such a blessing. 100% recommend this place for those who are anxious and need assistance! ?”

“So I never thought I'd be writing a review for a FedEx, but here we are. What compelled me to write this review was how incredibly helpful they have been each and every time.I'm not from Oregon, so I send a fair amount of stuff in the mail. I usually go to the pack & ship place by my apartment, but they aren't always equipped to handle odd requests. When they aren't, I come here.I didn't think I'd have as many odd shipping requests as I have had, but they came up more than I was ready for. And every time, I would walk in and say, "I need you to help me figure out the best way to do this," and they delivered every time.And it wasn't just, "Oh, like this." It was literally thinking through problems together to get it just right. If it were standard operating procedure type of stuff, I wouldn't feel the need to write this review. But each employee who has helped me get these packages where I needed them to go with great attention to detail has been top-tier.So yeah. I figured it was worth letting the world (Or, at least Salem) know that if you have a shipping problem that you need help with, the people here WILL help you solve it and do it right.It isn't always cheap, but every odd-shaped or delicate package that has been sent from here has gotten where it needed to go safely.”
