This is the only place I have labs done in Salem. Always professional with great phlebotomists. I’ve never had a problem here including Covid19 tests.

Awesome staff. Great and efficient. They drew blood from arm didn't even feel the needle. Was great I can stand needles. Thanks to the staff. I have no idea why those people were talking bad about this place. My visit was awesome. Those people must of been the problem NOT THE STAFF!!!!!

Five stars for Lisa. I told her I was a fainting risk and she did absolutely everything she could to prevent me from fainting and she succeeded.
The State Street Salem Health Laboratory is licensed through the State of Oregon Health Authority. Lab orders from a physician are required, but no appointment is needed. The laboratory and each patient draw center participates in testing and inspection programs.
