Ian at the print counter was knowledgeable and provided great customer service, helping me copy/send a split pdf report file. It was extremely important and time sensitive. I never would have been able to figure it out without his help. Thanks!

Went in today to inquire about Fedex shipping. While they weren't able to generate the label I needed (It was specific enough that Fedex needed to do it) I received excellent customer service. Ian was super helpful and went above and beyond to help me before we realized I needed a different store. 10/10.
