“First let me say, the team at Commercial Business Machines is AWESOME!Here's why: They provided remote tech support for a Kyocera printer I was servicing at one of my client's office 3000 miles away -- and the machine was not even under contract with them!Back story: My nonprofit client called me to their offices to fix a paper jam in the copier. I couldn't figure out how to clear the paper jam code after following my usual protocol so I turned to Youtube University to conduct further research.I came across a video by CBM and it provided the best explanation for the problem I was experiencing, but I still had an outstanding issue.I called the phone number on the video and the receptionist that answered the call was pleasant and courteous. I explained to her that I was not a current client of theirs, and in fact, I was clear across the country in NYC, but after explaining my issue, she took my number down and said she would have someone get back to me.Within the hour, Greg called back and walked me through the steps to clear the code. When that didn't work, he had one of his techs reach out to me and show me via text step by step how to resolve my issue.This was one of the most outstanding customer service experiences I have ever had in my 30 years of business -- even though I was not actually one of their customers!To any business owner considering CBM for their commercial grade copier, printer, fax, and service needs in the Greater Salem Oregon area, I encourage you to not second guess going with this awesome team of knowledgeable and courteous professionals. You will think you signed up for Allstate because you will be in such "good hands".Thanks so much Greg and team. “I have been looking for a nice chair that didn't cost a small fortune that could help me get through a work shift with less discomfort at the end. I am a large guy, and have been through a few chairs. Well, I am happy to say that my search is over! Ms. Katy at Commercial Business Furniture was able to get me fitted to the proper chair (spent a solid 30 minutes with me, trying different ones in her nice showroom). We found the one, and it was delivered less than 3 weeks later. Her delivery guy, Josh, did a great job walking me through all the features and made sure the various adjustments were set correctly for me. I plan on fully furnishing my clinic with her help in the near future!”

“This nearby store has easy access, plenty of parking, and I have bought about everything under the sun there, from computers to office furniture to candy. Every row has a new surprise. I would shop there everyday but must stick to a budget. Give them a look-see for a unique shopping experience and nice folks working there!”

“I run a busy medical clinic and had to switch out a printer copier scanner in a Jiffy, my account representative sent over a technician, J Hanson and we couldn't be more please with his work ethic, communication, cleanliness, and even giving our office staff space while he networked and updated all our computers to receive scans from our awesome Lexmark XM5163 purchased from POA. I know a lot of small businesses try to do all this stuff themselves to save money, but spending a little money, has allowed me to focus my efforts on other facets of my business that actually make more money. I could not and would not want to be without their services running a small business. I just hope you recognize your employees from the bottom to the top. I do not give compliments likely. If you ever have to let J go, we would love to hire him. Thank you Jay for doing an awesome job in our clinic. You reflect the highest standards in your line of work. I hope they pay you very well.
