The staff are always friendly and there to assist you in finding what you are looking for. The store is clean and well lit. Sometimes the item you want isn't in stock and on backorder. I was treated with respect and as a valued customer.

I couldn't understand the phone cord differences. Mario patiently went through em, wouldn't you just know it, they changed the plugs again. Now it's shaped like a Pill. Thanks Mario.
