Brian and Eli were great at working with our family and the company chosen to modify our van. Living out of state, in a remote location, and shipping the van to the conversion company lead to some challenges I have never experienced before. Brian and Eli walked us through everything, working with our challenges, making them as simple as I could imagine. They had great patience, especially given our remote location. Would highly recommend.

Great experience from start to sale, looking at Sprinter for purchase and putting since no ceiling high enough in typical large vendors (Winnebago etc). Brian and Eli did a great showing base vans and actual onsight options they happen to have from upfitters. Ended up purchasing upfitted van on new Sprinter. Courteous, low key, knowledgeable sales all the way through to finance and signing that worked for our timeframe. absolutely recommend.

We recently received excellent help and support in finding our favorite vehicle at Mercedes-Benz of Salem and we finally got the loved model with efforts of Brent and all the team. Brent was in close communication and provided multiple options and professional comments and always smile and full of humor, most importantly listen and talk and provide immediate feedback and always consider customer needs. Mike (manager) also provide adequate support when needed as well as the lovely financial manager. We like this whole team at MB Salem. The store is cozy, nice, well organized and decorated and as of now, MB Salem is definitely my first choice store no matter for purchase or service or recommending to friends.
