We love the kids club. Heidi is amazing! She does a great job organizing workouts that are challenging and kid appropriate and also adding in a little fun. Our kids enjoy working out at IPA.

We're a veteran owned community gym located in the NE Salem-Keizer area across from the 45th Parallel building.
We offer diverse fitness and nutrition solutions for many movement and food related problems.
We strive to help you bridge the gap between your limitations and your health and activity goals throughout your lifetime.
We'll help you build healthy habits aligned with your goals. We accomplish this by developing a strong coaching relationship with our members.
Our on-boarding process facilitates this bond with an initial introductory interview followed by a member assessment that allows us to understand your needs and goals.
We are here to be your coach for life, not just your coach for now.
