“I’ve had a great experience here. I get a customized work out, the trainers are knowledgeable but also fun to chat with. Everyone who works out here is also very friendly. I worked out on my own with no results for a long time and felt I needed to do something different and this has been it. With specific injuries and goals, the team has been able to help me get closer to achieving them.”
“Its a great gym. It came recommended to me by a very experienced weight lifter. Love the equipment, has everything you need to train hard or just stay active. Whether you are an advanced lifter or a novice getting back into training or anything in between. They just did some upgrades so the equipment and free weights are in great shape. Staff is really chill and knowledgeable. Its my second home.”
“I absolutely love this studio. I've been coming here for a few months now and I've taken classes with almost all of the instructors & they're very good. Alese is my favorite instructor though, she's so high energy & fun, not so monotone how some can get, you can tell she loves what she's doing and making it a good time and a really good workout. I also love how she does her breath work, I feel like I'm in a meditation spa or something, where as a couple other girls just spoke normally and it was good but not as relaxing and peaceful as she does it. I always try to make sure I book her classes! I love this studio!!”

“I recently tried this gym out, it was $10 for a day pass. I wanted to like this gym more than I actually did, honestly just couldn't see it being a place that I went everyday - although there were a lot of things that I did like about it. First of all, the gym itself is much larger than you would realize just driving by it! There is the upstairs is where the treadmills live, along with other cardio machines, cable machines, and more. Downstairs there are two other rooms that connect, free weights in both. A couple things that I noted about this gym is that while yes they have a lot of equipment, there isn't much of a warm up area for stretching nor is there yoga mats, bands, or stuff like that (at least not downstairs). A lot of the equipment is kinda old, and I would imagine that it would take a bit of prior planning to structure a workout where you're not going back and forth from room to room for each exercise. Also take a few times there to get a feel for where all the different things are. Parking situation can be a little crowded since they share a parking lot with other businesses. Love the 24 hour access option here though, so depending on the when you go you can really feel like you have the gym to yourself! Overall, I don't have many complaints, just didn't feel like this gym was a fit for me!”
“I've used other gyms in the area and like this one the most. The gym is very clean, very affordable and has plenty of parking. They have everything you need for a great workout and the staff is friendly.”

“The coaches at CrossFit Salem are incredible, they care about your workout, and they will help you understand what your body can accomplish with a workout you may not be familiar with. They are quick to recognize what your body's capabilities are and offer a great alternative workout to help you scale the workout if you cannot participate in what's been programmed. There is an infinite volume of great things I can say about this place.
I'll just leave you with one - the communal effect of CrossFit paired in tandem with the coaches adn the CrissFit programming has changed my life in the best of ways, and I will recommend to anyone who is thinking about doing CrossFit to just jump in and try it out.”

“Absolutely love this gym, been going here for about 2yrs! The owners are super nice make themselves available whenever you need anything.
My favorite part about the gym is that it’s never crowded, I think the most people I’ve ever seen there is roughly 10. There is never a line for equipment, the place is kept neat and tidy, and they have just enough there so you can workout pretty much any part of your body.
It’s the perfect spot if you’re just looking to do a workout without the crowds.”

“I've gone to this jazzercise studio many times over the years and I have a ton of fun every time I go! The workout classes are really fun and incorporated both strength and cardio which I loved! Its hard to get as good of a workout on your own vs when you're working out with a group and you know it was a great workout when you're sore the next day
The other great thing about this workout class is the community of people that attend the classes and the instructors. Everyone is always very friendly and inviting and the instructors create a lot of variety in the workouts so there are new routines all the time. Cant recommend these classes enough.”
“The highly trained representatives have yet to call me back about training my 9 year old girl to train for Volleyball. Several rumors that they arent a big fan of girls at gym. Was quoted $300 a month for 7 day a week training, seems excessive, but based on the amount of D1 athletes they pump out seems like a bargain.10 stars (if they call me back)”
“Staff is always nice, food is exactly what you'd expect (definitely nothing wrong with that) and all around it's a fun place for literally the whole family. Get a drink, watch a sporting event, kids get to run crazy in a jungle gym, play pool, this place is a definite vibe. I live close and go here often. I always recommend it. See you all soon.”

“Great environment to get your exercise experience. Many group classes, small group strength training with a skilled trainer, weight machines, a basketball court that is also used for pickle ball and a swimming pool. The environment feels like family.”

“Snap is excellent. It’s clean, safe and is reminiscent of an old neighborhood gym. Not a lot of frills, just a great place to work out. Not a lot of ego lifting, weight slamming members. Just neighbors who care about fitness.”

“The Commercial Street location is always clean. Every time I work out I see staff cleaning. I like the variety of equipment and the hassle free concept. Everyone is very welcoming and helpful. I like to take advantage of the chair massage sometimes when I am done. It’s a nice way to finish a workout.”
“This is by far my favorite location. I got made fun of for having cancer in the sauna at your battle creek location. Overall great people, great staff, and I love the daytime lockers.”

“Came for the workout and stayed for the massage chair. The updates to this location are, in a word, amazing. I could have spent the day here. My beginning was. Quick stop to the lobby area to check some emails (ok ok my insta page) and sip on my coffee (fine..:I slurped up a $6.50 energy drink). After a small warm up in their group ex room I moved over to the bikes for a solo trek through podcasts, more Instagram and some pedaling. My MyZone kept me in check as my progress was projected on the tv screens so I had to show up for this workout. Some sauna and massage chair to dig into those tight spots and wind down the afternoon and this is one happy lady!”
“The staff are great. The facility is kept clean and ready for us to use. The weight equipment is great. The machines are modern and I enjoy getting back into lifting weights with these. They have lots of free weights and equipment to use with them. They have lots of cardio exercise equipment. I use the treadmill when I cannot walk to the facility due to weather. I tried the elliptical for my first time and these are great. The pools are great. Our interest is for the water-aerobic classes. Speaking of classes, they offer several classes for beginners, "older people" (me), and advanced people.”
“Since I joined Roadside the enthusiasm and leadership from Amanda and Jon has not disappointed. Always going the extra mile to make sure we are safe, have a great workout, even more make it competitive but fun. Jon, Amanda, Jared, Andy, Chris, Ivan always go on and beyond teaching techniques, believing in yourself in every single class! Come and Join Us!!!”
